A total change of career

Since leaving my job earlier this year, I have continued to gain many followers and new contacts, for which I am extremely grateful, however, having made a complete change of career, I believe it’s time to let everyone know what I actually decided to stand down as Managing Director of an engineering company for.

It has long been my ambition to write fantasy fiction books for young adults and at the beginning of this year it occurred to me that if I didn’t try it now, I probably never would! So, stepping totally out of my comfort zone, I decided to jump right in and have a go!

Almost six months later and my first novel, QUEENE, is well on its way to completion and having received pretty good feedback so far, I hope this could be the first of many.

I have had fantastic encouragement from my family, friends and ex-work colleagues and will keep everyone who’s interested posted as things progress.
